I doubt Apple would notarize any tweaked apps, as they're copyrighted, and could also be seen as malicious/phishing...

What do you mean? You can ether use the AltStore repository (instructions in ReadMe) or go to the releases page, and download the .ipa https://github.com/SpotCompiled/SpotilifeC/releases/latest
