yea, that happens for me sometimes, even when all other premium features work, a force close usually fixes it..

EeveeSpotify adds a notification when Spotify refreshes user data, this will prompt you to force close, and clear user data if the issue persists.

OAuth needs special entitlements you probably don't have, should work with troll store though...
