I checked settings where it says the vpn and what ever also but it doesn’t show

What signing service are you using? And what IOS version?

well apparently ive had the same issue. also my info was ios 12.5.7 (unjailbreaked), using AirInstall (failed) and 3uTools's IPA Installer (failed bcuz unverified)

Yea, I don't know why, but I've not been able to get it to work on anything < IOS 16... will let you know if this changes...

I'm getting the following error with altserver on linux

Alert: Could not install SpotilifeC.v1.2.3_v8.6.42.ipa to unknown.
    Application is missing the application-identifier entitlement.

Was getting this error with old ipa's was able to sideload SpotifyCv1.2.3_v8.6.42 on iphone8 iOS 16.7.2 using altStore. Was quite surprised it worked but shows it can be downloaded successfully onto iOS 16+
