The websites tests failing is unrelated to this change. The latest commit to main (https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint/commit/78467fc1bde9bd2db1e08b3d19f151f4adaff8a9) has the same error.

@amanape `JsonWebSocket` was originally added in https://github.com/OpenDevin/OpenDevin/pull/71 to resolve https://github.com/OpenDevin/OpenDevin/issues/64. Can you double check there's no regression? Besides that, LGTM.

I think we've since enforced the terminal to be read-only, so will proceed.

Is Python in your `PATH`? What is the output of `python --version`?

@Sparkier just realized I missed your PR because I started implementing this earlier. Do you have any strong opinions? I lean towards Sphinx to automatically generate code documentation from Python...
