voicevox_core が Rust 実装になったし、 https://github.com/Cysharp/csbindgen を使っていい感じに binding コードが生成できたら楽だなということで使っていく 各ツールいくつか制約に引っかかってるので適当に生成コードをいじる感じになってる

自前実装しているAudioQuery関係もCore側で実装されている雰囲気を感じたので、それを使うようにしたい
