it is by a regex to looking for patterns like `((...))`. A build tracker will store those matching patterns in a map. When in build log, it will iterate through...

this is related to Concousre ARM release so I will close it to reduce duplication. Please refer to https://github.com/concourse/concourse/issues/1379 for details.

@Caprowni we are close to ship v7.9, if you are not working on this PR ATM, i will remove it from current release.
