You need [MixinBooter](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mixin-booter) and [Red Core](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/red-core). You don't have Red Core installed, and MixinBooter appears disabled based on your logs.
