From what I remember, this is just default behaviour when you're not host across all game modes.

Reflect how many of an item you already have in the skill tooltip

Oh hmm, this might become a setting to toggle since I think both are valuable. Either show cap-n to cap, or show n in the tooltip if it's not shown...

Yes it will show from all people, this already exists for other items that stack globally ( gold boss seed guy item )

Kill Counter Not Working (Multiplayer)

I'm gonna assume this is an issue with the game not networking the stat I'm hooking to. I'll look into this but it's not high priority for me.
