在Python2.7 环境下运行，加载预训练模型VGG_imagenet.npy，训练ctpn模型，提示：IOError: Failed to interpret file '/home/li/ocr/chinese_ocr-master/ctpn/data/pretrain_model/VGG_imagenet.npy' as a pickle. 这是什么原因呢？已经将numpy版本降到了1.16.2
