This one isn't finished, i had done a part but no all.
Joomla! 4.0.6 uses Bootstrap 5.1.3 and Helix template template Bootstrap 5.1.0, anyway i'am able to reproduce the issue with helix ulitmate template

In j!3.6 there is a new feature to delete obsolete updates sites, so i'am not sure that is needed in Kunena
I have digged on this issue, the update sites are remaining after uninstall because the uninstall is done when removing Kunena component, by doing that it uninstall everything except update...
Duplicate it's not the correct word, actually if you try on kunena.org on tab Index. The two links in breadcrumbs goes to the same page. Some users are complaining about...
By doing that the issue will be in tab recent disscussions so it not solve the issue
@rich20 : The first two points are already fixed if i'am remember right ?
It's hardcoded for all Kunena templates so it can't be changed easily
