feat: add config.options.indent_str to rice indent string

adds `config.options.indent_str` allowing for customized indents

I copy pasted the defaults from the README into my config when testing out the plugin and was greeted by an error. Wanted to help other lazy users like myself...

this is a very _/comfy/_ plugin. but `5` was too big of a resize step for me. let's give the users the power to decide for themselves ;D
