It would likely be better to passthrough the torch device, but defaulting to GPU inference seems at least much better than defaulting to CPU inference.

Not exactly sure what's going on, but I don't think ROCm builds are working right now. I've tried a few different commands/methods and have the logs attached. Ctrl+F for "summary"...
