Presets for `release_date` taken before `upload_date`

New prebuilt preset that is able to swap all usage of upload_date for season/episode numbers to release_date, that can be used on any episode formatting preset. Provides compatibility for Odysee channels that were set to "mirror" YouTube channels (where upload_date values are incorrect and all the same).
