What graphics card are you using? How much VRAM does it have?

Semi related - also other NFS games have the NTSC/PAL shenanigans going on. Should also address this because it makes absolutely no sense to keep the distinction on PC.

I think it's possible, the toolchain comes with a C++ compiler too. If not, there's also Rust. Yes, Rust is on PSP as well.

Which exe are you running? Can you send it here? Because the DRM EXE is flaky and we can't work with it usually, we only really support the Steam version.
