wndmode.ini doesn't work with Bully. You can window it using "dxwnd" - We'll potentially look into wndmode in the future!

Works on all releases of the game provided the executable is 1.200 and not the retail 1.154. All digital distribution releases will be 1.200 :)
Have you tried validating files with Steam, this doesn't seem relevant to the patch - for if you try removing the patch and still can't get past, than it'd be...
This is a softlock and not a crash. This is well documented but we are unsure what causes it at this current time.
Sorry this is late! Make sure you're actually correctly extracting the files into the directory, and not leaving the zip in there instead. Build 3 is also out now so...
