Game Crashes upon loading with windowed mode patch

Enabled the wndmode.ini file, put it into the Bully Steam Folder, left it blank and the game crashes upon loading. No idea why this is happening, it happens no matter what is in the file.

The DMP file is empty.

For clarification the game runs fine without wndmode.ini

wndmode.ini doesn't work with Bully. You can window it using "dxwnd" - We'll potentially look into wndmode in the future!
