Add OSGi support

OSGi support would be great to embed scripting capabilities in Eclipse-based applications.

It is Avalonia now.

Changed it from being .NET Framework 4.5 to NET Standard 2.0 in order to use it in more settings (like even ASP .NET 6 and such). Also adding tests.

Updated to NET8

The project now runs under .NET Framework 4.6.2 still - but also under .NET (Core) 8.0 now.
