Looks like the "bit" to `allowArbitraryDataAccess` has been merged https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/144965/ though set to `false` for now. Good sign on the progress for this feature.

I have a very poor external mic we can use in a desperate situation (closed room for voice-over perhaps). we could also use only (cc-licensed) music and voice-over for simplicity....
