"reroll" attribute doesn't work for pick up entities.

In entities2.xml there's reroll attribute that affects entities being rerollable via D10 and such. Although, this attribute doesn't matter for pick ups, becuase those can still be rerolled via D20...

Changing width/lenght of knife hitbox

Currently you can only change overall size of knife's hitbox (the yellow hitting circle). So i'm asking if we can get changeable width/lenght. Pretty please?
