"reroll" attribute doesn't work for pick up entities.

In entities2.xml there's reroll attribute that affects entities being rerollable via D10 and such. Although, this attribute doesn't matter for pick ups, becuase those can still be rerolled via D20 / Ace cards. It'd be great if it worked for pick ups

the reroll attribute is used for npcs, for pickups there is a read only function, I've made an issue about it here for being able to change the boolean to make modded pickups interact better with d20/other pickup reroll sources https://github.com/TeamREPENTOGON/REPENTOGON/issues/289#issue-2096193735
