Done for coinbase.

I disable signing then I get the pop up up to 5 times. Afterwards I don't get it (even after changing the branch to a signing enabled branch).

mm by default we hide all 0 accounts... maybe the logic is colliding with other stuff?

We should have a list of all exchanges and the ones we want? Maybe sensible thing would be to explore by user base? Bitstamp, Kraken are the others I know

Not sure is extremely useful (maybe with a link to open the website)... but at least as copy/paste text I'd say...
