In the case of this particular request, it seems like a good use of a context menu option to hide (though to show you'd still need to go into settings...)

Isn't Canny.io on the expensive side? Especially for open source projects? Instead hellonext (https://hellonext.co) seems to be free for open source projects, simpler than Canny as well.
