Is this PR planned to land on master?

What do we need to approve this? I'm facing the exact same problem.

@monkpow correct if I'm wrong but I think the follow-redirects handles this. We don't need an option.

Also related to debug: https://github.com/nilportugues/laravel5-jsonapi/blob/master/src/NilPortugues/Laravel5/JsonApi/Providers/Laravel51Provider.php#L28 This turns development a pain. I have to `php artisan cache:clear` every time I change something on the mapping.
