What version of LuxCore and what operating system?
It looks like you simply have incompatible versions of blender and LuxCore, try downloading from this link https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/BlendLuxCore/tree/blender_3_0
When you want to smooth something, use the modifier "Weighted Normal" then this problem will be solved
y the way, do you know how to use LuxCore Tools? I'm talking about server rendering
By the way, I forgot to say that this applies not only to objects, but to all light sources.
If you overdo it with brightness, there will be strange effects
@boxfrogman With LuxCore you can only “probably” direct anisotropy using UV https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGhPAP0oV9k&t=0s
I have the same stripes, but I still don't understand what it is
I noticed that the "Metal" node does not indicate that there are no UVs on the object. It seems to me that LuxCore does not see UV
Hi @odil24 why DRAVIA. STUDIO managed to create anisotropy without sharp edges? Could this be due to Subdivision? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGhPAP0oV9k
