In the top left, where it says "2 Months" you can change the global Time Range. Does that help?

That's possible in TQL but not in the editor yet. So I'm considering this ticket a request for setting that on a per-insight basis in the editor :)

TelemetryDeck does indeed use UTC as the time, regardless of your location. This occasionally leads to problems because the *displayed* time tries to match your system time zone. So 19:00...
