Does TelemetryDeck use UTC as the time? I'm on Eastern time, and I took a screenshot at 9:32am on Nov 14, and it showed 38 users on Nov 13. At 10:22am on Nov 14, it shows 45 users on Nov 13.

I'm wondering if the graph is off by 12 or 24 hours?

TelemetryDeck does indeed use UTC as the time, regardless of your location. This occasionally leads to problems because the displayed time tries to match your system time zone. So 19:00 is your time zone's equivalent of UTC midnight. I can see how that doesn't make a lot of sense.
