**What would you like to be added**: 在原有是两个容器，一个主容器一个sidecar 的情况下，单独对sidecar容器进行nocalhost 侵入并调试，保持主容器的运行状态 **Why is this needed**: 现阶段很多servicemesh 的功能是用sidecar进行实现，需要对sidecar进行功能开发
