Confirmed with Ubuntu, KSP x86_64 (yes, it is stable on Ubuntu) KSP 1.0.2. So that's the 3 'main' OSes (win,osx,linux) confirmed.
I have this too, on Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit, KSP 1.0.4 64-bit, on my minmus refueling station.
IMO FML's doing this is a relic from before it was easy to separate instances into their own directories. Perhaps we should instead make quilt installer optionally create a new...

I think it's a good idea to have a checkbox in the installer set to true by default to add qsl-core though

I was going to leave another comment about [Numeric permissions](https://github.com/lucko/fabric-permissions-api/issues/2) but I've convinced myself they're not actually necessary: it's cleaner to use something like `essentials.sethome.multiple.[groupname]` and then have `groupname: 3`...
Maybe `enchanting_power`? `enchanting` rather than `enchantment` since it affects the enchanting process, rather than any enchantment directly. The `_level` bit feels unnecessary.
I like `enchanting_boosters`.
