We cannot say which clients are supported or not. If you are having problems then please report with with debug logs and ideally a packet capture.

The log looks normal, can you get a packet capture at all?

I do want to add libsystemd support at some point. Could you use start-stop-daemon's `--wait` to give gerbera a few seconds to init and die in the failure case?

The wait is absolutely a hack, but its the best we have for now 👎

Login will be an artifact of something JavaScript not working, it's not enabled by default. Any is errors in the console?

Does this browser exist on other platfroms? There shouldnt be any CORS because everything is served from the same server....

I tried it on Midori `AppleWebKit/605.1.15 Midori/6` and Ephinany (both based on GTKWebKit) and could not reproduce on master :(
