Yup. So why bother making people worry about it. Just do the right thing

Quick note to say I've replicated this locally. All the file nodes get removed, but the folder structure remains.

1. Is due to a bug in libupnp: https://github.com/pupnp/pupnp/pull/355 2. Is fixed in #2378 @ngosang

Yes, this would be useful, especially for families. Time based access restrictions would also be good.

@pamapa I suppose as we are tracking clients for quirks now we could think about how this could be implemented? I suppose we would need to resolve the client IPs...

Which areas are you thinking about specifically? I guess this is mostly a WebUI question, so I will tag @elmodaddyb here. As for the main daemon, we dont really have...

@elmodaddyb Can you make sure whatever you come up with works with both the C++ and the JS. Seems like it would be a pain for translators otherwise.

At the moment there is no playback history, but it is a feature I would like to see added.

Can you explain the issue a bit more? So you can see the file on your TV? But it doesn't play? Do you get any kind of error message?

Are you sure your TV supports the format? Do you need to set up transcoding perhaps?
