Currently the app does not scroll to top when switching between settings tabs. This is mildly uncomfortable. Let's make it scroll to top when switching to another tab 🤝

Haven't yet replicated this user-reported bug, but seems like if `#` is located in a folder name the images might not show up for video 🤷
Simple and easy. May be useful when you remember the beginning of the word, but don't want the app to find the substring match in the middle of other words...
