Scroll to top when switching settings tabs

Currently the app does not scroll to top when switching between settings tabs. This is mildly uncomfortable. Let's make it scroll to top when switching to another tab 🤝

Can you please describe it more ? and if possible can you attach the screenshit if the screen which needs the functionality. Thankyou.

To replicate:

  1. Open settings menu
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings (until you see "check for new version")
  3. Click on 1st tab "Search settings"
  4. Notice that "Filter & sorting options" is showing (and the scroll-bar is mid-way through the page) instead of the top ("Search & filter settings")

@whyboris I am facing issues in starting this project locally image Locally I downgraded the TS version to 5.1.6, but the error still remains.

Please use npm install --legacy-peer-deps when installing dependencies (see Readme)
