What's the status of this? Are there impediments to adding those two resources?

It would be nice to include the cleanup function and trap in the bash code generated by `mcfly init bash`.

This is still present in qtpass 1.2.3.

Seeing the same thing with 1.47.0, unsetting `OS_AUTH_URL` does not help.
