My guess is it's not running on startup. You can try manually adding the helper to your login items. - Navigate to the cDock app in Finder - Right click...

@real-cereal-boy I talked with someone about this issue and it seems like it would require a custom boot-loader to use a custom boot image.

@mcplums That's because it's a seperate Dock. It's not the actual macOS Dock.

Delete `/Library/Application Support/MacEnhance/Plugins/cDock.bundle` and restart the Dock.
