Currently there are some issues with notarization of tar.gz (see [JBR-3999](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-3999), [JBR-4087](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-4087)). As soon as they become fixed, tar.gz will be distributed as well
