Don't require installing from EPEL. If I can run `yum install collectd` from a box and pull the package from an internal mirror/repo, this should be allowed.

Docker Toolbox appears to be the new officially recommended method for installing Docker on OS X now. Additionally, boot2docker seems to be deprecated in favor of using the included docker-machine....

Any plans to support docker-machine instead of boot2docker?
