(this is more of a comment than an issue but more issues can follow and the discussion might be useful; nevertheless, it might be closed after the PR for 1....
With `gtPols` > 500, the `one-to-one matches` takes tens of seconds for one file. Moving the condition to the top discards a lot of matrix row iterations.
Once we move to dspace v7, update the examples and scripts.
