Include browser user agent in download statistics piwik request and make it configurable

@vidiecan is this still relevant? there were many changes to piwik since, are we still missing user-agent?

Currently in PIWIK the downloads are only showing IP and url of the tracking requests. It seems like either we are not sending more request data properly like user agents, browser information etc or something is missing at the Piwik end.

Investigation required.

ad "make it configuraqble":

  • I definitely see the need for "include all versions" and maybe "primary bitstream only", which could work to remove counts for READMEs, "additional tools", etc.
  • I just calculated the total downloads of UD up to v. 2.11 by going to the piwik stats, going back to the main view of the record, selecting a previous version, and repeat :-) Still, the downloads include all bitstreams: 1683+5295+5383+5820+963+8066+5069+20565+6242+6585+5594+46436+26495+6710+9569+4521+3308+2806
