[The proposal](https://github.com/tc39/proposal-intl-DateTimeFormat-formatRange) for `formatRange()` and `formatRangeToParts()` methods of `Intl.DateTimeFormat` is in stage 3 and [has been implemented](https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5077134515109888) in Chrome.
