problems with ivr audio files

Hi, loaded the files when I try to check the IVR the audio is recalled in asterisk but not played I checked and the files are present in the directory...

Asterisk doesn't work for me.

After installation the asterisk doesn't start when I try to connect in CLI it doesn't work if I try to restart the service it fails me. I installed on centos...
