problems with ivr audio files

Hi, loaded the files when I try to check the IVR the audio is recalled in asterisk but not played I checked and the files are present in the directory /usr/local/src/magnus/sounds to which I wanted to check the format of the files I find it to be this: Input file: 'idIvrDidNoWork_1.wav' Channels: 1 Sampling rate: 16000 Precision: 16-bit Duration: 00:00:03.14 = 50304 samples ~ 235.8 CDDA sectors File size: 101k Bit rate: 256k Sample Encoding: 16-bit signed integer PCM

checked on other server i have mbilling6 not updated i notice the difference between this and new version is Sample Rate on new server is 16000 on other server is 8000 and files are playing.
