NO. Ventoy is just a tarball and it's a lot of work to pack it in RPM/DEB format. Besides, it's not worth it to create a repository for only one...

首先要确保你的preseed文件配置是正确的。 只有说同一个配置文件我把它重新打包到ISO文件里面使用是OK的，就是用Ventoy配置自动安装不行，这样才能有对比。
Ventoy-LiveCD doesn't support serial console. Why you need serial console? You can use VirtualMachine with LiveCD to install Ventoy.
You only need UEFI for touch support? Maybe Ventoy can integrate the related efi driver in rEFInd.
