Ventoy repository

Could you please create a repository for Fedora 33 where I can download and update Ventoy-linux automatically?

NO. Ventoy is just a tarball and it's a lot of work to pack it in RPM/DEB format. Besides, it's not worth it to create a repository for only one software package.

Here you can easily build packages for different distributions: https://build.opensuse.org ZuluCrypt uses this service, so I guess you can trust it https://mhogomchungu.github.io/zuluCrypt/

Maybe you could look into packaging it as a snap or flatpak, that would be more convenient for you as a developer and it would make it easier for us to install it or remove it.

Well, the developer said NO. but the community can always step up and help, I guess. If someone came here willing to mantain an repository I think @ventoy would ~~support~~ endorse it

@bruno-fs The reason @ventoy specified for NOT doing it is the multitude of Linux distros and different packaging formats. However, flatpaks and snaps work everywhere, and they're easy to create and maintain. I'll definitely look into it (especially as a flatpak) when I have some time 😄

It would certainly be most welcome. If Flatpak isn't possible due to sandboxing of the flatpaks, then a .deb file would be awesome.

A no is a no non the less.
