Any progress here? The pcmehiltz versions on Maven don't include `worldwindx` , and I don't think have the native artifacts for gdal.

Was thinking about this recently, and it wouldn't even have to be NTP/PTP, but even like PPS + time message in/out for something downstream to be able to sync Lattice...

Same issue here.

I was using it mostly in Log-file reading, so didn't have a "callback" per se, but I think that would be a good default place to have it.
