[Feature request / Enhancement] easy upgrade existing 32-bit installation to 64-bit

Low priority, but I believe it would be useful if a 64-bit installer recognizes and migrates everything from existing 32-bit instillation on same Win machine. Example - fix the file...

Add semi-transparent hotSensors overlay on top of everything
