[Feature request / Enhancement] easy upgrade existing 32-bit installation to 64-bit

Low priority, but I believe it would be useful if a 64-bit installer recognizes and migrates everything from existing 32-bit instillation on same Win machine. Example - fix the file associations, paths, registry, (try to) install same plug-ins and port customizations, clean-up the leftovers. I had to do this manually on 4-5 machines after being using the 32-bit for long time as mainstream and it was not fun.

Installer has nothing to do with WinGUp project. It rather belongs to https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus
