We can disable openstack-ext:ubuntu-26.04-64:tests/nested/manual/hybrid-xkb-kcmdline in a follow up. 26 is not required. And there might more tests by the time we merge. Other failures are known issues or unrelated.

This is not supported in 24.04. Putting it as draft. I will make it do it only for 26.04.
