That looks about right except the type suggest part, it only lists the results. everything else looks right.

Well, I did not see any type suggest, I only see the results updating as you type... Do we have a different definition of type suggest ?

I cannot reproduce this using the provided templates. Can you drop a template that makes this issue occur so we can investigate further.

As a workaround, I created the first term using the persona bar Vocabulary, then back into the Blog module it now works.
