Unable to add category

When i am trying to add category than i am unable to add new category and its throwing exception

As a workaround, I created the first term using the persona bar Vocabulary, then back into the Blog module it now works.

I've got the exact same issue on DNN 8.3. Submitted PR #149 with the fix.

As a workaround, I created the first term using the persona bar Vocabulary, then back into the Blog module it now works.

Note you have to refresh the Cache after adding the first item via vocabulary before it will show up in the blog module.
