Well this problem is on all stable version of proton 9 ( i tested this on 9.0.3 and 9.0.4 ) Only proton version that's working is 8.0.5d with 2.3 dxvk...

 Tried with Proton 8.0.5 with latest 2.5.3 , same issue there only when switching back to 2.4.1 fixed in dying light , played for 3 hours on 2.4.1 without...

Update : Tried Dying Light using Bottles with Dxvk 2.5.3 + Kron4ek-wine-tkg-stagine 10.0 , same fps drop and stutter , but was fully fixed with 2.4.1 dxvk , strange
